Displays a dialog at Restart and Shut Down time which gives the user five choices: (1) Do nothing and let the Mac complete the original command; (2) cancel and smoothly return to the calling application; (3) restart the Macintosh; (4) shut down and turn the power off; (5) force a quit and attempt to return to the Finder.
